It more than doubles the production of IGF-1 in the body.

IGF-1 plays a key role in increasing lean muscle, amplifying recovery and boosting every aspect of your performance. While there’s no set standard as to when a person can use Tren, the general consensus is that you shouldn’t even try it unless you have successfully used three to four cycles of Testosterone.

When you do your maiden cycle of Trenbolone, start with a very low dosage like 50mg of Tren Ace every other day.

This should produce phenomenal results for the first timer. If you can tolerate this dose without too many problems, you can consider upping the dose to 75mg every other day.

Only if you have used 75mg of Tren multiple times should you consider using 100mg every other day. That takes your weekly dosage to approximately 300mg.

Seasoned athletes will use up to 500mg of Tren a week in divided doses. If you are a gym rat or a fitness buff using steroids for recreational purpose, such high doses are not required.

Also, they will greatly increase the risk of causing some of the more serious side effects of Trenbolone.

Using Trenbolone Solo vs. Stacks

There’s only one way to use Trenbolone.

Run it with Testosterone.

If you run it solo, it will shut you down within days and the initial euphoria will be replaced by a feeling of lethargy where your libido is non-existent and you feel like shit.

Running it with a TRT dose of Test on the other hand will keep your gonads functioning, your mood up and your wiener in top form.

Trenbolone can also be stacked with most other ‘wet compounds’ like Dianabol and Anadrol depending on your physique goals.

This is because it does not aromatize to estrogen and hence has a cosmetic effect where it helps to flush out the water from under your skin. It hardens the muscle that you gain and will offset any unwanted water retention that these compounds cause.

Trenbolone Side Effects

Just because it does not aromatize, a lot of athletes think that Trenbolone does not cause Gynecomastia.

That’s completely wrong because Tren has a very strong progestin nature which means that it can and it will cause Gyno if you don’t use the necessary ancillary drugs during the cycle. Letrozole, is the only compound that will be effective to prevent gyno during a Tren cycle.

The other most notable side effect that can be bothersome is the aggression and other mental sides.

In normal circumstances, Trenbolone can make you aggressive in the gym which can allow you to lift better. But in extreme cases, it can make you irrational, emotional and can even cause hallucinations.

If you are already experiencing depression or anxiety, you should not even bother touching Trenbolone with a barge pole.
