What is the Microsoft IT Academy?
The Microsoft IT Academy is an exciting joint initiative between Connecting for Health (CfH), Microsoft (MS) and the East of England (EoE) Strategic Health Authority (SHA), the program was established in April 2007 and is expected to end in March 2010.

The primary function of the program is to support all NHS staff across the region to gain and improve their IT skills and knowledge via opportunities to undertake MS approved training courses, importantly all candidates are offered the opportunity to obtain a global industry recognised MS qualifications, both at vastly reduced rates. There will also be a number of satellites across the East of England to ensure that all staff have access to training and examination opportunities locally. The IT Training Team will adopt MS curriculum roadmap as a personal development and career pathway template, and will be delighted to provide more information regarding the program, click here to contact us.
