Welcome to the Improving the Patient and Carer Experience Website
We have developed a Patient Experience Strategy
which sets out how the hospital intends to improve the patient experience and builds on existing as well as new initiatives and policies – bringing them all together into one ‘umbrella’ framework. Click here to view the structure of Patient Experience at Ipswich Hospital.
Our key principles
The hospital has established the Patient Experience Group to oversee the implementation of the Strategy and improvements to the patient and carer experience.
