We want to hear from you if you have had a positive experience at Ipswich Hospital – sharing good practice in one area helps us improve our services across the trust. If you are pleased with the service you received or have any suggestions about improving it you can either:
- speak personally to the person in charge of the ward, department or team; or
- write them a letter outlining what you found particularly pleasing or where you would like to suggest changes. It would be helpful to include the date and name of the area in which you received your care (Chest Clinic or Saxmundham Ward, for example)
- fill in a Your Views Matter comment card, available on wards and throughout the hospital or you can fill it in online.
What happens when suggestions are received?
We consider all suggestions. Although we cannot acknowledge each suggestion individually, we will publicise the improvements we have made as a result of suggestions received in our Annual Report and on notice boards around the hospital.
