The meetings are being held on:
- Friday 10 July 2009 at St Peter's Church, Ipswich waterfront at 11am.
- Wednesday 15 July 2009 at The Grand Hall, Hadleigh Guildhall, Hadleigh at 7pm.
- Monday 20 July 2009 at Woodbridge Community Centre, Woodbridge at 3pm.
- Saturday 1 August 2009 at Felixstowe Leisure Centre, Felixstowe at 11.30am.
- Tuesday 11 August 2009 at Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre, Stowmarket at 2.30pm.
